1) As a result of this course, the student will grasp the point of some world countries, especially Turkey, in terms of technology development, and will understand what their country has done and what it should do in order to develop technology. In addition, by gaining the ability to compare the national innovation systems of the countries, they will be able to learn some economic indicators that can be used in determining the level of economic development of the countries.
