Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The organization consists of the production relations of employees who come together to achieve predetermined goals. Employees exhibit behaviors that are suitable for performing the tasks required in the functioning of the organization. Organizational behavior aims to understand human behavior within the organization and to make the employee more effective, efficient and successful. Thanks to this course, students are provided with the opportunity to learn about the market order and what business life brings, and to raise their awareness.
Course Content: Explaining general and basic information about organizational behavior, organizational culture, groups and communication in organizations, job satisfaction and motivation, effective leadership, teamwork, organizational stress and stress management, change and conflict in organizations, ethics and current approaches in organizational behavior with conceptual foundations, constitute the content of the course.

3) Establishes a connection between the basic concepts of international trade and business administration and acquires the competence required for an interdisciplinary study.
4) Follows the developments in the field of international trade and business, develops original scientific analyzes by producing rational ideas for current and potential problems.
5) By gaining the ability to reconcile the theoretical knowledge gained in the field of international trade and business with practice, it produces innovative and creative solutions.
