Course Objectives: | The aim is for the student to become familiar with note-taking techniques, which will serve as a foundation for the Consecutive Interpreting course they will take in the following semester, and to develop their note-taking skills through in-class practice. |
Course Content: | Fundamental note-taking techniques tailored for interpreting, including symbol use, abbreviations, efficient time management, and active listening, with a focus on building practical skills through weekly exercises and application. |
