General Registration Procedures

Student Admission

(1) Admission to the associate degree programs of the Vocational School is carried out through a central placement system in accordance with Article 18 of the Regulation on Foundation Higher Education Institutions, published in the Official Gazette dated December 31, 2005, and numbered 26040. The number of students to be admitted is determined by the Board of Trustees and approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).

The academic programs and quotas determined by the Board of Trustees are submitted to YÖK for approval by the Rectorate.

In the 2022–2023 academic year, students who earned the right to enroll at our university through the ÖSYM placement process were able to complete their registration between August 22–26, 2022, via the e-Government (e-Devlet) portal using the e-registration method.

Students who completed the e-registration process were not required to visit the university in person.

Students who preferred not to use the electronic registration system could complete their registration in person at the Kazlıçeşme Campus between August 22–26, 2022.

Students placed through special talent exams and those applying to programs that require a health report were not included in the electronic registration system.
