Students are supported in undertaking internships in private companies, public institutions, or non-governmental organizations that align with their fields of study. In addition, various efforts are made to provide all kinds of support to help students transition smoothly from academic life to professional careers.
To ensure that this transition is planned and conscious, the university supports sector visits and seminars for students within the scope of "Career Days" and "Career Development" courses, which aim to introduce professions and industries.
Through talks and workshops featuring experienced and successful professionals from the sector, students gain in-depth knowledge about various professions and have the opportunity to get to know companies in the field more closely. These training sessions also teach students how to create standout résumés and master interview techniques that will help them differentiate themselves in the job market.
In addition to all these stakeholder collaborations, students also have the right to participate in the “On-the-Job Training Program” throughout their academic life, thanks to a protocol signed with İŞKUR (the Turkish Employment Agency). This enables students to start earning money under insurance coverage while continuing their education and gaining hands-on experience in the sector.
Within the scope of the On-the-Job Training Program, internship placements are provided to students based on their departments, while employment opportunities are shared with graduates. Similarly, as part of Career Days, İŞKUR representatives also conduct informative sessions at the university.
