Aim of the Programme

"Gastronomy and culinary arts; Turkish and world cuisines, pastry and bakery, food culture, food and beverage preparation techniques, food science, nutrition, food safety and hygiene, beverages, food and beverage marketing and sales, food styling, menu planning, food and beverage cost calculation, is a comprehensive undergraduate program which includes various courses. The program aims to provide graduates who are always open to learning, connected with passion and discipline with the theoretical and practical knowledge they have learned. In line with this goal, our department, which constitutes its infrastructure, aims to raise the chefs of the future who protect the Turkish culinary culture."
