Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course aims to teach basic concepts and system of law; to gain a legal thinking style, to acquire the ability to read and understand legal documents and texts, and institutions such as judicial organizations will be narrated.
Course Content: We will describe the basic concepts of law.

1) Rules of Social Order; the rules of law, religion, morality and customs The definition of law will be solved, practical to support the logic of legal thinking to be solved. Then the subject of the sources of law will be told. 1. 2) The concepts of legislation, judicial decisions and scientific works will be explained and the ways to reach them will be taught to the students. After that, the subject of branches of law will be explained. "
3) The judiciary, the basic principles of the judiciary and the European Court of Human Rights will be explained. "
4) The case types will be explained and various case decision samples will be loaded into the system and decision interpretation will be taught. "
5) The application of the rules of law will be explained. "
6) Rules of interpretation, rules of place and time will be explained. "
7) Legal events, transactions and actions will be explained and general re-made. "
8) Exam week. "
9) Concept of rights and types will be explained. "
10) Rights protection will be explained. Then the concept of sanctions will be passed. "
11) Personality concept and its contents will be explained. "
12) The concept of responsibility will be explained and some legal concepts will be explained in order to provide readiness for the next week. "
13) Debt, debt relationship and sources of debt will be explained. The concept of property will be explained. "
14) The concept of property will be explained. "
15) The concept of inheritance will be explained. "

2) They follow the developments in current issues related to general business and especially aviation management and can grasp the current situation with their knowledge.
3) Comprehends the formations shaped by national and international rules in Aviation Management.
4) Explain the institutions and organizations operating in the aviation sector.
5) Demonstrate power and benefit relationships of internal stakeholders between aviation organizations, understand the impact and contribution of external stakeholders.
6) Understands the problems related to civil aviation, can offer solutions.
7) Can apply modern scientific research methods in business and aviation issues.
8) By using a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level, he/she acquires information in the field of communication sciences and new media in the international sense, follows the researches and shares with his colleagues.
9) She/He uses computer software and new communication technologies at the Advanced Level of the European Computer License for her field.
10) By integrating the knowledge gained in the field of aviation with the competence she/he has with a critical and questioning approach, she/he evaluates it to produce new ideas and gains the awareness of lifelong learning.
11) Gains awareness of scientific research methods and ethical obligations.
12) The student, who gains the necessary professional acquisitions in the field of aviation, completes the portfolio preparations to bring human resources to the sector and can gain field experience.
