Course Objectives: |
By teaching students the part of basic physics related to electricity and magnetism at the undergraduate level, to form the basis for the lessons they will take and to develop analytical thinking to enable students to look at problems from different perspectives. |

Electric charges and Coulomb's Law, Electric Field, Gauss's Law, Electric Potential, Capacitance and Dielectrics, Current, resistance and electromotive force, Direct Current Circuits, Magnetic Field and Magnetic Forces, Sources of Magnetic Fields, Biot-Savart's Law, Ampere's Law, Faraday's Law , Lenz's Law, Time Varying Fields and Maxwell's Equations |
