| The objectives of the Plato Vocational School Internet and Network Technologies Program are to train System and Network Specialists who are capable of: establishing infrastructure for corporate entities that aligns with computer architecture; installing advanced Windows client and server operating systems and managing Windows 7/8 and Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 environments; setting up and managing virtualization platforms such as VMware Workstation, vSphere/ESXi, and Hyper-V; establishing local network infrastructures for organizations and configuring Cisco devices; installing and managing network services (DNS, DHCP, WDS, etc.) on Windows Server systems and troubleshooting issues; ensuring system security by mastering firewall architectures and utilizing both software-based (e.g., TMG) and hardware-based solutions; ensuring high availability within the network topology and specializing in Failover Clustering and vMotion technologies; and establishing, configuring, and managing the organization`s email infrastructure, including Exchange Server. |
