The purpose of this program, which is one of the service sectors; PÖA. 1- Our graduates have the knowledge, skills and competencies to work in national and international businesses in the food, beverage and tourism sectors. PÖA.2- Our graduates acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about cookery and gain scientific research competence. PÖA. 3-Our graduates learn the intricacies of cooking art and gain hygiene, communication and first aid skills.
