Course Objectives: | The aim of lesson In this course, the basic information required to reflect the understanding of continuous development and improvement in quality management in future business life is given. It is aimed to gain the ability to recognize and organize the scope of the approaches, methods and practices necessary for evaluating the quality management system and gaining innovative applications. |
Course Content: | The content of this course includes the concept of quality and its development, global competition and new management paradigms, quality management systems goals and principles, Total quality management philosophy and principles, Differences between total quality management and classical management, Total quality management practices, process management, Total quality management in public organizations. explains the quality management models. Total quality management in Turkey and in the world covers the issues of developing quality standards. |
