Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To introduce different approaches that are effective in the evaluation of the work of art. To examine the works that have been the subject of art history with formal, iconographic and iconological analysis methods in the light of the social and political structure of the period.
Course Content: Study and analysis of examples of works of art from the mythology, iconography, antiquity, renaissance, baroque, gothic periods, as well as between the eighteenth and twentieth centuries.
