Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To give students the ability to apply Pilates Mat exercises at a basic level.
Course Content: It covers the concepts related to Pilates exercises, Pilates working principles, introduction of auxiliary materials, usage patterns and pilates exercise applications.
