Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to ensure that the students taking courses in the painting department have the theoretical and practical knowledge they need to acquire while on their way to becoming a painter, and to show them the ways to discover themselves as an original individual on the path of art.
Course Content: As the course content, the general framework of the workshop 3 course; composition, light-dark toning, distance-close relationship, use of perspective, etc. It covers applications related to the subjects.

1) He/she can compare the concept of space in composition with painting works on indoor and outdoor themes, describe compositions based on observation on indoor and outdoor topics, and try imaginative compositions on indoor and outdoor topics.
2) He uses the effects of depth in the space by using artificial light and natural light, shows how to set up close-up and far-plan compositions with the use of perspective, questions the effects of depth in the space where he can question the concept of depth.

1) Will be able to compare the concept of ratio-proportion in the figure-space relationship, relate the figure by considering the ratio-proportion relations in an indoor space, question the figure's position in the composition considering the ratio-proportion relations in the outdoor space, the concepts of balance and harmony in single-figure and multi-figure compositions. with queries.
2) Considering the concepts of balance and rhythm in the composition, he shows the figure in the best position to strengthen the expression, questions its priority or aftermath depending on the relationship of the figure with its space, interprets and analyzes the figures used in outdoor paintings from the Renaissance to the present day, depending on their position in the composition.
