Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To introduce Vocational School, campus, academic units, administrative units, student clubs; Providing information about the Discipline Regulation of Higher Education Institutions, Higher Education Law, Plato Vocational Schools Regulation, providing information about academic, social and cultural issues to the students and providing orientation and orientation to the first grade students constitute the general content of this course.

1) Learns the history of Ayvansaray University and Plato, acquires academic units, learns academic calendar, recognizes administration chart and administrative units.
2) Gets information about the introduction and practice of the lessons, learns how to make measurement and evaluation.
3) It becomes use the OIS system, student learns the usage of mail.
4) Learn and use the e-learning platform where distance learning courses are taught, Flipped Classroom videos and other course content are shared.
5) Structure of Student Affairs Department. Duties of Student Affairs Department. Documents Related to Services Performed by Student Affairs Department. Double Major / Minor Application Form. In-House Transfers Application Form. Student Document Application Form.
6) Examination of the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated August 18, 2012 numbered 28388 and receives information about disciplinary actions.
7) Examines the Plato Vocational Education and Training and Examination Regulations.
8) Discussing respect for differences in college life and social life, and awareness of social consciousness.
9) Understanding the rules of science ethics that must be observed in scientific research, studies, publications and events is the subject of this course.
10) General information about the research methods and the rules for showing the sources will be covered in this article. It is expected that the learners will have knowledge of how an original academic work can be done.
11) Introducing the Plato Vocational School International Relations Office and giving information about the Erasmus Program is the purpose of this course.

2) As a vocational member with professional knowledge; Transfer theoretical knowledge to the working environment, use human relations and professional communication skills.
3) It has general information about preparation and registration process of documents, documents and reports required in social intervention process.
4) Gain the ability to analyze social policy applications in the world and Turkey.
5) Gain the ability to conduct stress management and case analysis.
6) They have knowledge about the research methods and techniques and this accumulation acquires the ability to use it in the field of study.
7) Has knowledge about professional interview techniques in social services.
