Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To be able to comprehend legal procedures and events that cause debt to real and legal persons in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Obligations No. 6098; to be able to interpret the subject of borrowing, resources and payment in the context of legislation and case studies;
According to the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102, it is aimed to teach the legal legislation related to commercial business and transactions.
Course Content: Basic concepts and elements of debt relation according to Law of Obligations No. 6098, sources of debt, legal transactions (contracts), debt relations arising from unfair dealing, unjust enrichment and payment of debts .. general provisions Debt Law;

In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, concepts of merchant, commercial business and commercial business, trade register, commercial title, unfair competition and commercial partnerships, The subjects constitute the course content of General Commercial Law Information.
