Course Objectives:

To inform students about enforcement and bankruptcy law, follow-up, attachment, payment of debt, distribution of money, enforcement and bankruptcy bodies and concordat.

Course Content:

For the students in the Justice program, the application for follow-up with the basic information of the Enforcement Law, the rights and remedies of the debtor against this follow-up, attachment, payment of debt, allocation of money, special follow-up procedures, enforcement issues with the basic information of the Bankruptcy Law together with the application for bankruptcy, this follow-up. The aim is to provide information about counter-debtor's rights and remedies, bankruptcy bodies, material bankruptcy law, formal bankruptcy law, liquidation of bankruptcy, annulment case, concordat, postponement of bankruptcy, reconciliation.
