Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: Mythology has an important role in the existence of art. It is known that Greek mythology is used extensively in art works, especially in western-based art production.
It is aimed to introduce the subjects related to mythology, the symbols of the heroes and events in these subjects, to enable the students to recognize these subjects and scenes in the artworks correctly, to give information about the importance of mythology and its place in cultures.
Course Content: The Concept of Mythology and its sources. Turkish mythology, Greek mythology and other mythologies. The place of mythology in artworks and its reflections on today

4) Being able to carry out a basic level of study on tourist guidance independently.
5) Take responsibility as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in guidance-related practices, or carry out activities for the development of employees under their responsibility.
6) To be able to evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of tourist guidance with a critical approach, to be able to identify and meet learning needs.
7) To be able to use the information about the field in a further education and to gain knowledge of lifelong learning.
8) To have social, scientific, cultural and ethical values in the stages of the field research, application and announcement of the results of tourist guide.
9) The universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values and environmental protection, occupational health and safety.
10) To be able to transfer knowledge, skills and thoughts in the field of tourist guidance through written and oral communication and share solution suggestions about problems.
11) Using a foreign language at least in the European Language Portfolio A2 General Level, you can follow the information in your field and communicate with your colleagues.
12) To be able to use computer and communication technologies together with at least European Computer Use License Basic Level required by the field.
