Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: In order to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases at workplaces and to ensure that employees work in a healthy and safety enviroment, acquiring competencies in taking safety precautions.
Course Content: Definition and history of occupational health and safety, occurrence and types of work accidents, occupational diseases and ways of protection, işyerlerinde iş kazalarını ve meslek hastalıklarını önlemek ve çalışanların sağlıklı ve güvenli bir ortamda çalışmalarını sağlamak için yapılacak çalışmaları ve güvenlik önlemlerinin alınması ile ilgili yeterlilikler, physical, chemical, biological, psycho-social risk factors and ways of protection from them,
the responsibility, rights, obligations and authorities of the employer, the employees, the occupational health and safety professionals, risk assessment, ergonomics, OHSAS 18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System issues are explained.

1) Be able to learn the definition and history of occupational health and safety.
2) To explain the problems encountered in the related application with occupational health and safety in the world and Turkey.
3) To be able to learn OHSAS 18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and its phases.
4) To have a comprehension of ergonomics.
5) Learning the importance of emergency management.

1) Connects the basic concepts of art and design and has knowledge of the interdisciplinary interaction that his field is related to.
2) Gains the design background related to the field of game design expertise.
3) Produces innovative and creative solutions by gaining the ability to combine the theoretical knowledge acquired for game design with practice.
4) Follows the developments in his field, develops original artistic analyzes by producing rational ideas for current and potential problems.
5) Uses the theoretical and applied knowledge gained in the field of design by providing the integrity of theory and practice.
6) Have the competence to take an active role and responsibility individually and in teamwork.
