Course Objectives:	Teaching the planning and control techniques for the success of the projects is to learn the concepts and methods that play a role in the success of the project by approaching them with their technical and social dimensions.
Course Content:	Project Management, Concepts related to Project Management, Project Planning: Identification and Management of Risks, Identification of Project Actions, Establishment of Relationships, Estimating the Project, Preparation of Programs, Preparation of the Project Budget. Running the Project (Running): Establishing the Project Team, Monitoring the Developments. Skills Management.
