Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to provide students with information about the definition and history of cosmetics, basic cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, quality and reliability conditions in cosmetic products, phytotherapy, natural products, herbal preparations, extract tinctures and medicinal herbal teas. |
Course Content: |
The content of the course is cosmeceutical knowledge, the definition of all cosmetic types, the properties that cosmetic products must have in terms of health and safety, mandatory tests for cosmetic product safety, packaging safety, legal dimension of cosmetic safety, phytotherapy and natural product knowledge, herbal preparations, tinctures, natural medicinal herbal teas and information about the reliability of these products. |
