Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To provide students with basic vectorial computer program knowledge to make graphic design applications.
Course Content: It aims to use the skills of designing symbols, emblems, logos for graphic design, creating a page layout, and basically making vector illustrations.

1) 2-It aims to create a study area for the student, who is intended to master the computer program as a design tool.
2 - Skills
Cognitive - Practical
1) 1- In Vector Graphics on Computer course, students are taught to use Adobe Illustrator program or its equivalent vector design program for design purposes.
2) 3-With the basic vector drawing tools, it teaches the skills of using panels, layers, path properties, visual adding and masking, color palette, brushes and illustration tools.
3) 4-By using vector drawing tools, it is provided to prepare page layout with rulers and grid system, place typography of the area, and create geometric shapes.
4) 5-In order to be able to work synchronously with all digital programs, information about document formats and saving features is given, and methods of designing and finalizing the application in the right format are taught.

1) Introduction to Adobe Illustrator software. Introduction of the interface and examination of sample designs. Transferring basic information about printing preparations and color. Reading and project work on the subject

1) Connects the basic concepts of art and design and has knowledge of the interdisciplinary interaction that his field is related to.
2) Gains the design background related to the field of game design expertise.
3) Produces innovative and creative solutions by gaining the ability to combine the theoretical knowledge acquired for game design with practice.
4) Follows the developments in his field, develops original artistic analyzes by producing rational ideas for current and potential problems.
5) Uses the theoretical and applied knowledge gained in the field of design by providing the integrity of theory and practice.
6) Have the competence to take an active role and responsibility individually and in teamwork.
