Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to get acquainted with the field of industrial and organizational psychology and to acquire knowledge about the theoretical and practical issues covered by the field of organizational behavior.
Course Content: The content of the course consists of topics such as job satisfaction, emotions in working life, personality, values, motivation, groups and organizations.
