Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: aims to increase the awareness of students on entrepreneurship, to hold their sustainable initiatives and to explain the technical, commercial and financial studies required to make the company, to develop their skills and equipment in project preparation and project development process, to increase their entrepreneurship.
Course Content: Basic Concepts of Entrepreneurship and Characteristics of Entrepreneurs, Developing Innovative and Competitive Business Ideas, Market and Competitor Research, Identifying Potential Customers, Customer Needs Analysis, The Concept of Project and Project Management Processes,

Business Plan Preparation, Identifying Team and Infrastructure Requirements, Project Risk Analysis, Determining Project Costs, Company Establishment, Types of Companies, Business Model, Marketing Plan, Access to Financial Resources, Networking, Growth Management and Growth Strategies

Theoretical - Conceptual
1) Learns the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and the characteristics that an entrepreneur should have, types of entrepreneurship and the importance of entrepreneurship.
2) Gains information about the factors that determine entrepreneurship, the features that an entrepreneur should have, innovative business idea creation methods and preparing a business plan.
3) Gains information about why and how the entrepreneur should do market and competitor analysis, how to identify potential customers, and competition strategies.
4) Learn to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the business idea, opportunities and threats with SWOT analysis
5) With the Canvas Business Model, he learns to define the customer segment, value proposition, channels to reach the customer, how to manage the relationship with the customer, to define the revenue model, core activities, key resources that he will need, key partnerships and expense structure.
6) Gains information about company establishment and types of companies. Gains information about the sources of funds for the sustainability of the company.
7) Gains information about growth strategies.
