The Theater Department, which is part of the Faculty of Fine Arts of our university, is one of the newest departments of our university, which was established to meet the increasing demand for well-equipped actors in our country and in the world in recent years, in a complete and innovative way. It aims to provide new gains to the acting world with the education that will be given without ignoring the needs of the age and the new needs of the profession, without moving away from the conservative structure. The field of theater has been one of the indispensable disciplines of art throughout the ages and has played an important role in shaping societies. Today, theater departments established to meet an increasing demand in our country have adopted the principle and purpose of responding to the needs of the sector and society. Our theater department, which was established under the roof of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of our university, set out on this path with an innovative perspective.
