Course Objectives: |
The course aims to provide students with the following basic knowledge:
1. The subject, content, scope, types and acquisition of immovable property.
2. Land register and cadastre's purpose, functions and scope.
3. The first facility cadastre, cadastre renovation and updating business processes
4. Organization of the cadastral system in Turkey. |
Course Content: |
The reasons why the cadastre is made, the unit in which it was built, the reasons for the start of the title deeds process (exclusion, tevhit, leaving the road), what process it ends with, what cadastral quota should be renewed and which parts of each of them constitute which part will be tried to be given. |

7) The purpose of the current cadastral law in our country is to learn cadastral works, limitations and determination works, principles for determining the right of ownership, resolution of disputes in the cadastral court.

8) Principles of insolvency and monopoly procedures, the procedures to be done by insolvency and monopoly cadastre directorate and title deed directorate.

9) Expropriation characteristics, Expropriation forms, Public benefit decision and approval authorities, Expropriation process in the land registry, Technical control and registration learns.

10) Learns the types of right of easement, how to acquire right of easement and how to end.

11) Learn the purpose of the forest cadastre, the Commission institutions and their duties, 2 / B application.

12) The purpose of the pasture cadastre is to learn the procedures and principles to be followed in the hiring of the Commission institutions and duties, pastures, pastures and pastures.
