1) To master the basic concepts, theories and historical development of psychology as a science department
2) To know the subareas of psychology, to have knowledge about methods and practices of these areas
3) To have contemporary, theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of mental health
4) To have the ability to interpret, analyze, evaluate and develop solutions based on science using knowledge and skills
5) To be able to understand the cognitive, physiological, emotional and behavioral processes of individuals as a whole
6) To carry out researches and studies that will benefit to society by using advanced knowledge and skills in the field
7) To share the ideas about the psychology field by communicating effectively with other people
