Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives:	The aim of the course is to ensure the development of students in video shooting techniques. In addition to the application of techniques, it is aimed that the student gains creative video production skills.
Course Content:	The course is processed by transferring information about preparation for shooting and light making, use of video shooting equipment, introduction to video image editing methods, methods of reading video and cinema art, and making applications in accordance with the learned information.

Ders Akış Planı

1)	General course presentation. Information and introduction about the functioning of the course. A brief history of the moving image.	Preliminary readings on the topics
2)	Features and use of the video camera. How does the camera work?	Preliminary readings on the topics
3)	What is a diaphragm? What is the Depth of Field? Depth of field application. What is the veil(veil)? What is ISO? Overview of aperture, shutter and ISO variables in Exposure. Applying exposure variables.	Preliminary readings on the topics
4)	Information about lenses. Introduction to the rules of composition.	Preliminary readings on the topics
5)	Rules of composition II. Homework. Disclosure of visa projects.	Preliminary readings on the topics
6)	Evaluation of essay assignments.	Students are expected to complete their shots in line with the subject before coming to class
7)	Aspects of light and effective use of outdoor light.	Preliminary readings on the topics
8)	Visa Exam- Visa Project Presentations	Preliminary readings on the topics
9)	What is the basic sequence? A basic sequence shot. Homework	Preliminary readings on the topics
10)	Direction of View-Axle. The Direction of the Gaze and Crossing the Line..	Preliminary readings on the topics
11)	Camera movements. Why does the camera move?	Preliminary readings on the topics
12)	An overview of fiction. Evaluation of basic sequence assignments. Explanation of the final project.	Students are expected to shoot in line with their homework before coming to class.
13)	Basic principles of fiction. After effects work.	Students are expected to shoot in line with their homework before coming to class.
14)	Light. Outdoor Light. Indoor light and basic lighting installation.	Preliminary readings on the topics
15)	FINAL EXAM-PROJECT PRESENTATIONS	Students are expected to submit the shots they have made in accordance with the determined final project.
