To provide students with project management skills by giving information about project and project cycle management, concepts and practices related to project management. |
Course Content: |
Project and project cycle management, problem analysis, goal analysis, strategy analysis, stakeholder analysis, overall goal and project purpose, determination of activities, logframe matrix, outputs, risk analysis and assumptions of the project, objective indicators of success, sources of verification, monitoring and evaluation, sustainability, activity and time planning, budget preparation and resource planning are given and taught. |
