Qualification Requirements and Regulations

According to Istanbul Topkapi University Undergraduate Education, Education and Examination Regulations, it is required to have successfully completed 240 ECTS to gain a bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Students are required to complete the required national credit with compulsory and elective courses in a total of 8 semesters and to fulfill the requirement of internship.
