Employment Areas of Graduates

The graduates of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts can use gastronomist, gastronomy expert, gastronom titles. Hotels, restaurants, catering companies, accommodation facilities, airlines, travel ships, hospitals, food and beverages such as prepared and served in all kinds of businesses; in product development departments of food enterprises; they can work in vocational high schools in food and beverage sector, work in vocational high schools, establish and manage their own enterprises, and also they can pursue an academic career by taking master's and doctoral education after graduation.
