Dersin Amacı:	This course is the study of what people think, feel and do in and around organizations. Organizational Behavior researchers systematically study individual, group and structural characteristics that influence behavior within organizations. Aim of this course is to understand and analyse the antecedents and consequences of these behaviors
Dersin İçeriği:	We examine the “people” issues in the management of organizations; issues like motivation, group dynamics, communication processes, cooperation and conflict, personality differences, job design, leadership, and others..
